Description: TYDT implements the CLM Programme in 12 clinics across Zaka and Chiredzi districts in Masvingo Province in partnership with FACT-Chiredzi. CLM seeks to improve service delivery and client outcomes by identifying data-driven solutions that address barriers, and ensure people access and receive optimal client-centered HIV and TB services in a manner that is productive, collaborative, respective and solution-oriented. The goal is to increase inclusive access to high-quality HIV and TB services. The Programme has four objectives:

·       Objective 1: Identify barriers to accessing high quality health services in health facilities,

·       Objective 2: Refer and track identified barriers to relevant authorities for resolutions,

·       Objective 3: Strengthen community voices to influence HIV policy and strategy development.

·       Objective 4: Increase provision of targeted HIV testing services and proportion of eligible ART clients with documented viral load results in PEPFAR districts.
